With RuleDesigner Configurator a process has been created for the configuration of integrated products such as hydraulic distributors, valves and hydraulic blocks, electronics.
The client company has made configurability a strong point. Each configuration parameter uniquely leads to compose the description of the finished product, which allows the operator to assemble the product without a drawing.
The configurability of the product makes the management, traceability and reuse of the product itself optimal. The RuleDesigner processes interface with the user via the web who is supported in the correct selection of configuration information through a rule-based logic with a step by step approach. At the end of the product configuration, the process automatically generates documentation of the Offer, Bill (BOM) and Hydraulic technical diagrams, making them available for consultation via the web.
Upon confirmation, the salesperson sends the order to the technical area which can proceed with the launch of the automatic generation procedure of the 3D system assembly.
